Shipping policy
At Winki Zinc our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to lots of customers across Australia and New Zealand and the rest of the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts and depends one your location:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse where the team packages and labels your order ready to post. This process takes between 1 and three business days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. As our warehouse is located in rural Victoria, shipping times average 3-5 days. To places further away, such as Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Queensland, shipping can take up to 7 business days.
Within Australia
Standard Post: $10.00 / Express Post: $15.00
Free Standard Shipping for orders over $60
- Processing time: 2-3 business days.
- Standard Shipping time: As our warehouse is located in rural Victoria, shipping times average 3-5 days. To places further away, such as Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Queensland, shipping can take up to 7 business days.
- Express Shipping time: 2-4 business days, up to 5 days for remote locations.
New Zealand
Standard: $10.00 AUD / Express: $15 AUD
Free Standard Shipping for orders over $65 NZD
- Processing time: 2-3 business days.
- Standard Shipping time: 6-12 business days for major cities. To remote locations allow a few more days.
- Express shipping time: 4-8 business days for major cities. Allow a few more days for remote locations.
International:
We offer Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $20 AUD for all international orders. Orders are sent via Australia Post and then passed on to the relevant shipping logistics team in country.
- Processing time: 2-3 business days.
- Standard Shipping time: 10-20 business days* for major cities. To remote locations allow a few more days. *
*International shipping can be inconsistent due to flight cancellations, international shipping logistics and more. Please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive to avoid disappointment if it is late.
We will always send you a notification with a tracking number via email, so that you have a rough estimate of when your parcel should arrive.
